Each piece is handmade, so small variations are part of its character and are not faults. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we've made a mistake with it, contact us within [14 days] at support@kroobayskillshub.com with a photo where possible, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. As most items are made to order, and custom pieces are produced specifically for you, these generally cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Every item is made by hand, and many are made to order. We currently deliver and arrange pickup within Freetown, and we do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the area, get in touch at support@kroobayskillshub.com and we'll let you know what's possible.
