If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we've made a mistake with it, contact us within [14 days] at support@kroobayskillshub.com with a photo where possible, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. As most items are made to order, and custom pieces are produced specifically for you, these generally cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
