Delivery and Pickup
Every item from the Kroo Bay Skills Hub is made by hand in Sierra Leone, and many pieces are made to order.
We currently deliver and arrange pickup within Freetown. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the area and interested in our work, get in touch at support@kroobayskillshub.com and we'll let you know what's possible.
We'll confirm the details and timing of your order with you before it's finalised, and keep you updated along the way.
Return & Refund Policy
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, finish, or detail are natural and part of what makes your item one of a kind. These are not faults.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or if we've made a mistake with your order, please contact us within [14 days] at support@kroobayskillshub.com.
Include a photo where possible, and we'll put it right by repairing, replacing, or refunding the item.
As most pieces are made to order, and custom or personalised items are produced specifically for you, these generally cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
